At the August PFRA meeting, Capt. Mike Carr walked through a very detailed presentation on search & rescue tactics used by Plano Fire-Rescue during residential and commercial structure fires. We learned that scene size-ups are not always what they appear to be, and we saw how difficult and dangerous interior searches can be depending on conditions. Thank you Capt.
