PFRA Help at FD Retiree Lunch

DETAILS:

PFRA will be hosting a luncheon for the PFR retired firefighters on Friday, December 6, at the PFR Training Center located at 4637 McDermott Rd.
The doors will be opening for the retirees at 11:00am, but most likely earlier, with lunch being served starting at 11:30am.
The PFRA volunteers will need to arrive at the PFR Training Center between 9:00 and 9:30am to start setting up. PFRA volunteers will be needed to help out with the following tasks-
Set up and assist with the retiree sign-in and name tag table in the hallway.
Set up the refreshment table with bottled water, sweet & unsweet tea, plastic cups, large bowl of ice w/scoop and napkins.
Set up two tables side by side with plastic tablecloths placed end to end, paper plates and napkins.
Set up dessert table w/plastic tablecloth, serving plates and napkins.
Discard retirees’ empty plates as needed and check to see if anything is needed.
Around 1:00pm, start clean up and packaging leftovers to take to dispatch.
Final cleanup and return room to original configuration once last retiree has left.
